I've been a writer for eight years now. I've worked in both poetry and prose, and I've always had a pretty good eye for spotting mistakes and giving fair and balanced critiques.

I am very good with grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I am not averse to using the thesaurus, a dictionary, or to look up vague ideas or references to strengthen the content of my writing.

I tend to be very adamant about the suggestions I make concerning word choice. As I said in my strengths, I don't have the largest vocabulary on earth, but I am a fan of the thesaurus.

I prefer to read stories with a lot of action and dialogue, I'm not very particular about genres. I like spell-checked copies although I don't expect them to be perfect, because I can help with that. My favorite genre in prose is probably just general fiction. I also like most kinds of poetry.

I really don't like science fiction, and I don't like free-style/non-rhyming poetry. I can fix grammatical, spelling, and punctuational mistakes in these works but I find it hard to read for fluidity and comprehension because I'm not very fond of the general material in the first place.
