Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I really focus on finding contradictions in stories as well as flaws in tense and things of that nature. I'm not too much of a grammar whore for the specific reason that I think it's fun to play with the medium. I think it's great to take risks and be artistic with formats as well as tone and voice of stories.
When I read others works, I want to be sure that I understand their intentions so that I'm not making suggestions and comments on things that are supposed to be a certain way for a reason - if you catch my drift! |

My strengths, as I said earlier is to find contradictions in the story as well as tense issues. I'm a terrible stickler for those two things. |

My spelling is atrocious! (I'm surprised I spelled that right, actually!) In the age of spell check, I must say my life has become easier! |

Romance and humor stories are my favorites, but I will gladly read anything. |

Horror, western, and mysteries are not my preferred genres - but again, I'll read anything! |
