Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I'm a flexible beta-reader and can proofread according to what the original author wants me to pay more attention on. If no specific information is given to me prior to my betareading, I tend to concentrate more on spelling and grammar. I often make suggestions for sentence structure and plot as well. For writers who wish for me to beta their work, please make sure that you've already checked over your writing first before you hand it over to me. Also, it would be best if you can tell me what to look for specifically. |

I'm quite good at catching spelling and grammatical errors. I am also attentive to the plot of the story, so I can probably make suggestions as to where plot holes lie. I can also help you with sentence and paragraph structure to improve the flow of your story. |

I'm not good at betareading extremely long stories since I have a short attention span. As a writer, I've been told that my descriptions are long and boring. I'm also not too good at giving advice for development of romance in a storyline. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer betareading stories with relatively short chapters (roughly 1500 words). As for the category, I prefer fantasies and fiction with lots of action. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I would not like to betaread stories with chapters longer than 2000 words long. Also, I would not betaread explicit slash fics. Slight Yuri is okay though. |
