I'm new at beta-reading on FictionPress, but I'm no stranger to editting and constructively criticizing. In high school I spent a great deal of time after school editting articles that could have been written by fouth graders for the school paper. It simply irks me when people write in "txt tlk" : it completely ruins the art. I'm happy to help out in any way I can as long as you are open-minded. I write as well

Many, I'm sure. I just can't remember anything at the moment. XD

After proofreading the four times, I start to hate whatever I'm reading more and more.
I can't take reading works than curse consistantly for no apparent reason except because they can.

All others are welcome, of course. I read anything legible...and sense-making. Works that are completely your own and are not based on anything you've read before.

I'm not a huge fan of westerns and sci-fi. Too much for me, really. I am completely ANTI "TXT TLK" If you choose to write the way you speak, that's perfectly fine. I just won't read it. Long-winded stories. Some fictions start out great put stretch much to long without any new developments in the tale. This tends to irritate me so much so that I can't finish reading it. Twenty chapters of 'Nolita Fairytales' can be...bleh. Also, overdoing the vampire thing can disintrest me.
