Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I tend to do a glancing read-through, to get a general feel for plot/characters, etc., so I might miss little errors, but can usually pick up plotholes, etc. I'm more interested in development (plot, characters, etc.) than I am about being anal with sentence structure, spelling or punctuation (unless it's glaringly obvious). |

Character development/characterisation, plot development and suggestions. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Thorough checking, may miss little spelling/grammar errors. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Anything fantasy, in-depth realism or surreal. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Chick flicks, so to speak. Fairy-tale-esque stories (prefer to read 'deep' stories). |
