I offer good constructive advice for any weaknesses with ways to fix your problems, and examples when necessary. I try to critique every part of the piece, and where I have weaknesses I ask other writers and readers I know to offer advice. I know not everyone is perfect. I have many mistakes in my writings, but I am slowly polishing each of them. What speeds the process up is someone else's view point, which is why I'm willing to critique others work. That way I can help people just like me move a little faster so they can write more.

I have strengths in grammar and style. I look closely at how sentences are structured, and try to think of how it is I could improve them. I also follow the story line make notes on confusion and misplaced details. With poetry I check on how well the plot or meaning flows in contrast to the words or stanzas. Does it follow that rhythmic beat? Is it freelance and still makes sense? That's what I look for. I try to offer punctual advice for poems due to their set up, though I believe that's ultimately up to the author.

I would have to say my biggest weakness is spelling, followed by comma use. This is where I have someone else look at your piece and offer advice.

I prefer poetry over fiction, almost all kinds of poetry, but I do accept humorous and "Real life" (or reality) fiction.

I do not like reading horror, or suspense stories. It's just not my thing.
