Beta Description
Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I love poetry, and pay close attention to things you say without words. i appreciate people who play with metaphor and meter to evoke thought. though I don't think rhyme is necessary, I'm not a major fan of free verse because it lacks regard for meter and rhythm.

hit me up for scholarly remarks about your poems. I love to study poetry, and I think it has helped me develop my own writing as well.

I have posted a small few of the works I've done in my short life. I have personally archived over 2,000 poems as well as 600 pages of prose. writing is a passion and a hobby, but I typically only write for myself.
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
metaphor
use of meter to emphasize or draw attention to subtleties
numeric concepts with regard to structure
sonnet style poetry
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
pulling emotion or tone from some works
easily bored and unimpressed
I can be extremely blunt and sometimes harsh
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
sonnet style
works with themes inspired by daily life, love, or history
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
self-loathing
I have my own problems here and there and deal with them quite well. I don't want your emotional melodrama dampening my mood. If you feel like cutting yourself, by all means be my guest; but don't expect me to feel sorry for you.

if your grammar is terrible, don't even bother with me. perfect examples:
if you don't know the difference between your and you're or there and their
if you don't know the difference between its and it's or two, too, and to

I'll probably call you an idiot and not read your work.
If you haven't mastered the English language, keep your use of it simple. It is not your place to play with words when you don't yet understand how they are supposed to work.
