As a beta-reader, I will happily check your grammar, spelling, and plot to the best of my ability. I will happily e-mail or PM you any and all changes as I have made them along with suggestions for plot revisions if I think that they are necessary. I will also help you brainstorm if you would like, but it is up to you. You are the writer. Consider me an editor who will do everything possible to make you the best you can be. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I usually have a good turn-around time. Most people that I have read for get my revisions back somewhere between two days and one week. If it will be more than three days, I will e-mail or PM you to tell you. I am a grammar fanatic, so if I don't know if something is grammatically correct, I'll happily check it. |

I am not always the best with plot help. I can not always be counted on to give you good ideas for improvement. While I might identify some issues, I may not always be able to give you viable solutions. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer romance stories, but any piece of writing is fine. I like the longer stories, but I do not care if it is a shorter piece. Poetry is something that I like to work with as well, but I prefer fiction instead, as I am slightly better in that category. I would also prefer to work with writers consistently. If you are looking for me to beta-read many stories and have an established relationship with your writing, then I would be thrilled. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
There isn't really a type of story that I would refuse to read. I like everything when it comes to writing. Plays are more difficult, but I don't see a reason to oppose them as of yet. |
