Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I'm open up to many different types of writing and writing style's. At the present moment I don't have a specific betareading style, but I will give my personal opinions. I am extremely picky when it comes to spelling, so if there is a requirement of editting I will be open to do it. I like to write my own stories, so I know what a writer would like to hear, and what to say to help them improve their writing skills. If I get a request I will finish it as soon as possible and try to help the writer achieve their personal goals. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My greatest strength in writing is spelling, and finding inspiration to read and write. This would give the reader and writer more to appreciate. My dialogue is written well, and I don't use the same words like: "he said" or "I said" or "she said" I have variety in vocabulary. That way everything isn't repeated. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I do get distracted quite easily, and thats not exactly a good thing. Sometimes I do miss out on commas, and some forms of punctuation. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
The type of stories I prefur are adventure, fantasy, and romance, which are the kind of stories I generally write myself. Drama is okay, I can read it if you provide it, but those three would be my favourite. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I don't like the mystery stories, they are usually too easy to guess. Other than that I would be fine with whatever you choose to send me. |
