I'll read what is sent to me and I prefer to have some sort of communication with the author before or during my beta reading process. I don't have a length that any story has to be, nor is there something that I won't read. I'll help with proof-reading and how the story is flowing but unless it is asked, I will not make changes to the story.

I am good at spell checking, catching when words have been repeated or if words should be changed out with others. I am strong in grammar, and if the author requires or needs help with it than I can help with character development as well. I can also help with setting description and story continuation from one chapter to the next.

I am not the strongest with dialogue. I need to have a strong sense of the character in order to 'hear' a character's voice and be able to write/'hear' them properly and things have to make sense in a story else I have a hard time suspending my mind to read the story.
