Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I really like to edit, and beta-reading is definitely something that I love. It's difficult for me to beta things that I don't enjoy, however, so a small summary is nice to hear. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I am very good with grammar, spelling, and puncuation. I tend to notice little things that others miss or don't care about. I'm also really good with placing details and helping out with that. I can usually edit pretty fast if I'm not too busy, too. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I get distracted pretty easily. It could take me up to three days to edit a chapter because I'm doing something more important, but that doesn't happen often. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I would prefer to edit romance, drama, or fantasy stories. Those have always been my favorite. Humor would be okay, as well, but romance would definitely make the top. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Horror, mystery, and tragedy aren't really my thing. I don't do the best with any of those. |
