My name is Lydia, I'm currently a junior at a magnet art school called Carver, for Visual. I'm sixteen as of December 2009, and I have a flare for writing as well as drawing, painting, photography, etc. I have always enjoyed reading, and writing, and I'm always finding ways to improve my writing quality and style. I hope to help others in improving theirs as well if they feel they need some help, or would just like their stories to be proofread before posting. I enjoy writing and reading humor, and suspenseful stories. I love some good blood-rushing anticipation.

If you asked me what I thought my strengths were, I'd probably tell you that I have a very creative mind, pretty fair speller, and I know how to spruce things up a bit when needed. I'm also a fast reader, so unless I have a lot going on in my life I could get back to you quickly. I do check my email quite frequently, as well, so if you are having trouble and want to reach me, or if you are having trouble in reaching me, emailing me is probably the fastest way to recieve a response.

Every now and then my writer's block gets pretty bad and I can't write for a while, but that is when I'm probably the most available. Also, my internet crashes once every blue moon, so that might delay a response. I also tend to post my chapters immediately after I've written them, without proofreading because I get excited about it (Ha!) so I leave grammatical errors occasionally in my own writing.

I tend to stray more toward Humor, Thriller or Crime, and Romance stories. But I don't like the cheesy Romance stories.

If the plot moves too quickly I wont read it because it loses my interest quickly. I also would prefer not to read a story with a songfic in almost every chapter (that bothers me).
