Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I am dedicated to reading and writing and will proofread anything you throw at me. I am in the middle of the English class from hell, so I have a bunch of knowledge that I am learning to apply. I will get everything back quickly as long as I am near my computer. I will only offer corrections and not write it for you. |

My mom is an English teacher, so I am corrected constantly. I am honest, and will tell you if something doesn't make sense.I will only give constructive criticism. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I can be a little too much of a perfectionist, but I won't pick out tiny things just to pick out mistakes. I have a little trouble with spelling. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
Comedy, satires, supernatural, thriller, horror fics ( I might have nightmares for years, but I'll read them. )I'll read anything you throw at me. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
Romance. Some of it is ok, but I've read too many cliche and sappy stories written by a friend.I am not a very sensitive person when it comes to that stuff. I did cry during The Notebook ,though. The biggest thing is no guy-on-guy or girl-on-girl. I am just not comfortable reading it. |
