I read this book when I was in college, it was set in futuristic outer space. The narrator was a guy and he was human, I think. Him and others were living on a planet and had left Earth. This is just a sum up of a story I wrote just cos I want my community to have sthing for the time being.

One thinks sci-fi is about space, and galaxies etc, but what about closer to home? What about the struggles of people like us thrown into extraordinary situations? Sci-fi can be so much more. Welcome to the dark, non-romantic side of sci-fi and mystery.
