This is a poem about the U.S. Army Infantry.

This isn't actually French. This is my first attempt at poetry so be gentle.

So I am not much of a poet, but the word Nevermore kept ringing in my head and I had to put it down somewhere. So here is my poem, War.

Written in french class during boredom so please don't judge too hard. Potential song. It has several meanings. Love, life, politics, society, war and passion.

The fall of the Alamo

A poem I wrote a few years ago, I had random black out moments where I wrote several poems. This is one of many, I hope you enjoy it. Hear the children cry.

A short poem written and dedicated to my good friend, Sgt. William M. Sigua. Sgt. Sigua was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division. He died on died Jan. 31, 2007 in Bayji, Iraq from small arms fire. RIP, Billy.

They are a world apart, but similar in many more ways than they know. If they could've talked, what could've been realized, what are the opportunities they lost? This is the story of those who caught in the violent, bloody firefight that came to be known as Black Hawk Down.

It was like her eyes had been closed before. She had been blind to all the horrors surrounding her, oblivious to things that were horribly wrong. But now she could see, and there was no one she could ignore any of it. She had to do something, anything, to make a difference.

First and foremost, I every respect for soldiers. I have none for war. But this is a short story/poem inspired by the Muse song Soldier's poem.

There are flowers everywhere, growing along the paths of life. They sprout in the strangest of places, where you'd think they'd be trampled too soon. More have grown farther along, showing how numerous the flowers are. Then, you see the flower that blooms largest and brightest. No one will step on that flower, or the others because of it. If someone does, well, that's different.

A short little song to pass by the time in war. :)

I wrote this 3 years ago and found it on my computer. I kind of remember having to write it for my World Literature class. It is a free verse poem in "Pindaric Style", but I kind of forget what that means.

In the darkness questions are made. Will they ever be answered? I don't claim to write by any style or form. If you are worried about punctuation, the lines are meant to be read together, and their relation to the first and previous line is - for the most part - interchangeable.
