This poem is great for a day like today, The wind is howling outside like it wants to come inside and is getting angry because I am not letting it inside. The cold is chilling to the very bone of my body and yet I had to go outside to retrieve a friend who had to travel home. So I started at home, nice safe and warm and braved the cold wind to give my friend a ride home and now I am back safe and warm, once again. I certainly enjoy reading your poems, thanks so much for posting. |
