WOW! Thats pretty intense, and truthfullty it reminds me of myself as well. Your a great poet, a real way with writing that attracts the audience's attention. (Forgive my spelling *laughs* Im horrible at it!)

i know how you feel, sometimes its wierd because our parents grew up at a completely different time, and it just feels like they don't know at all what you're going through and they just DON'T understand, although maybe they try to. remember that you are where you are for a reason. everything will work out. God knows what He's doing.

Oh my god, i felt EXACTLY this way a little while ago like last year, my parents had been fighting on and off since i was around 6 and now they divorced this year, and my dad always used to tell me he loves me and he'd always say he'd belive me and my mom always said she'd protect me and listen but my dad didn't know my birthday, not like he cared, my mom didn't protect me from the creature i kept seeing. All they did was LIE. And now i'm off on my own, fending for myself, but thats ok, i ruin my life myself. I don't need thier help.

Awesome poem!! I kept reading and feeling every emotion the character was having even though I never experience it before. Great work on the poem! It's truly an obvious showing of your talent!
