He didn't want to get old, so he stopped himself from doing so. He never made plans past 30. Please, for Courtney's sake, for Frances', please stop making it more painful and bigger than it really is. She was in New York, looking for him, when he committed suicide. There was no possible way she could have killed him. And what motive did she have? She loved him, like we do, and wouldn't do anything to hurt him. So, please, I beg you, GIVE IT UP.
gia 2003-02-23 ch 1, anon.	abuseOkay first thing, this poem just, well, to be honest, it blew, not only are the facts completely taken out of context, but the whole sense of alliteration, well, is completely asinine. It's almost plaguerizing his music, your almost as bad as your so called "courtney" is herself, i think you give her too much credit for something that was much deeper then you'll ever know. Read "heavier then heaven" then you'll know the real story, kurt was basically not ony a powerful artist and musician, he was also an undiagnosed bipolar, and he was said to leave his journals open and lying around free for anyone to read, he said that he didn;t even understand them himself and he was fine with people reading them, he even told them to. also if courtney is selfsih, which i really don't know because i have never met her and neither have you, then why would she always resisitate kurt when he o.d. i mean, if she really wanted him dead she could have just left him to die all those times, i mean, no one would know, because he o.d. also, his last concert in rome he said that he wanted to die, he decided that he would kill himself, and then, three months later, he had bought the gun and everything, let's face it, he killed himself, and it was all those unresolved horrible feelings that plagued him, it was an exhaustion of some sort of the whole socialite scene, of the ** illusion in the world around him, of his own self hatred, of his haunting memories, of his nightmares that would leave him sweating every night. The love affair with death occured before courtney even stepped into the scene. Are you really going to give her that much power? Or anyone else for that matter? no one understood what happened that rainy april day, and yes it was rainy, because i live on lake washington and the day he died was three days before my birthday, i remember, and when he was found on april 8, that was my birthday, i remember, and to tell you the truth, even though most of us have a hard time believing that he would leave like that, the best justice you could ever give kurt cobain, is to, instead of reveling in his death, the biggest conolation or gift he could recieve is for you to remember how he lived, and respect the fact that you don't know what on etween him and courtney, that you don;t know what went on between him and grohl, or krist, the fact is, you are just a fan, like everyone else, and the fact that he might have had someone in his life you don't trust, like courtney, doesn't mean you should giver her that much power over him, because in slandering her, your slandering him for his choice of being with her, really what you should do is leave it to rest, because, really, all you really can say is that you favored him for his abilities, and for the fact that maybe you could relate to him. Kurt had many highs lows and personas, you want to really understand what went on in his life? then read heavier then heaven, or read his journals, but other then that, you have no right to make any judgements on this spectacular artist, and you have no right to insult him in the way that you just have, even though you intended to write a grand poetic theme for him. And a note to yourself is to keep writing, but to polish up on your poetry, it is to technical and primal, i know ten year olds who can write better then that, i mean, seriously, you expect me to accept this as actual poetry, why the great artists of all time would be deeply insulted, including kurt, jim morrison, and ARTHUR RIMBAUD, who was not only one of the most revolutionary poets of all time, but one of kurts favorites as well, read some of rimbauds work so that you can see what real poetry is.

Thank you, and I'm sure Kurt himself is thanking you for your efforts from wherever he is. I'll share this theory with as many people as I can. By the way, it takes great talent to weave a theory into a poem. Good job! (And the last two lines were heartfelt, not cheesy.)
