Strong, and straight to the point. No subtly for you, which makes the impact even better. Very good message too. reminds me of my own work... anyways, I noticed it really needed some more structure. I think it would help express yourself more. Maybe it was supposed to turn out different, but currently... Other than that, well done. Never be afraid to speak out.
