I think this is a good story, but the way you used language like "whatever" and "stuff" didn't really fit in with the introductory paragraph, which was supposed to be establish your subject as a serious matter. There are also some grammatic errors throughout the speech.
(Just trying to constructive, so no tomatoes here.)

That is such a heartwarming story. To have such a close relationship with someone, ANYONE, can be a beautiful thing, and you've captured that in your words. I hope Garry knows how much you care. :)

What you have written about is exactly what I already know in a sense...I think I may have been lucky enough to have finally found my soulmate...my Garry...and I know how it feels. It's the most amazing thing to feel...to talk for hours but never run out of things to say, and to know that you could confide in that person and them in you...I just wish I got to see him as much as you see Garry. For me, I haven't seen him in almost a year...and it hurts. To be so close but yet so far...

Its been a while since i've read such a heartwarming and excellent story.Thank you,for sharing this with me.This story really touched my heart.Although i could never ever fully understand what you were going through when Gary left the school,i certainly can relate to it,and i'm thankful for such a wonderful person,like Gary in my life.I'm in a way more fortunate than you,but i guess i never really took the time to tell her how much i appreciate what she has done for me for the past 4 years or so.She's like a sister to me,but at the same time,i'm constantly reminded that she is just an ex-teacher who is now a friend to me.Albeit.Anyway,i guess i haven't seen enough of the world,thus was surprised by how nice a mentor Gary was and how much you treasured him as a role model/friend.I don't know what else to say except thank you again,my friend,for sharing this with me.It was one hell of a story!You should keep this story with you and pass it on to your children when you're old and toothless!(Gee...was just kidding!)haha...anyway,i hope you did like the review i've written(although its a tad vague.)I'm not a very good writer,so,its the best i could do for this story and for you.Thanks mate!

deafguy, I would like to start by saying that I thought your story is well written and full of expression. You have put forth all relevant information and I was able to understand and picture all that you did with Garry.

I'll slap a review on this too.This is a very touching story,especially from a guy as macho as deaf guy.You'll laugh,you'll cry,you'll want to kidnap Garry to have for yourself-another great job.
