|Reviews for Greenwich Unbound new chaps 8nd 9!|
| Monev 10/28/03 . chapter 9
It's me again, you know, the girl who writes "Calling of the Sea." I can never get your email, so I can only talk to you via reviews. You said you liked my story "Shigure Shajuko." Well I'm redoing it in American format, with American names, American influence, etc., and while the first new chapter isn't really at all amazing, the story is going to be a lot better than the one before it. Maybe if you wait a few days to the point where more than the first chapter is up and read them together, you'll like it...

Oh yeah, and I figured you'd like to know, my first non anime-related story that I plan to post (I have hundreds of them) should be up soon. It's called Roses of Blood and Good Sentiment. So if you're a non-anime fan, maybe you'll be nice and read it for me...

Thanks for the stuff you said about SS. As for the rest, well I do write original stories that have nothing to do with anime, it's just that those are on the verge of being published, so I don't post them. These ones are just for fun, and my real sophistication doesn't come out in these. And I guess I kind of want to say I'm sorry about yelling at you (from my house anyway) about that. It's just the way you put it that annoyed me. I am a great writets, and I do accept critisism, but when you say it the way you did, it sounds very unproffesional, and a bit cocky. Next time, please say it in a business-like manner, or in a nicer format.
PS: If you do like this Shigure Shajuko, I'll try and get the next chapter up real soon...

This is a reply to your review for my story, Calling of the Sea: (because your e-mail won't work)
Did it ever occure to you that I like anime? And for your information, anime isn't about fuzzy creatures! Watch Hellsing, Trigun, or Cowboy Bebop, then I think you'll get my point. You shoudl've noticed I liked anime just by looking at my other story from the start (hello, Shigure Shajuko, sounds anime-ish to me) And for your information, I LIKE those names, AND NONE OF THEM COME FROM SATURDAY MORNING CARTOONS! Watch Fruits Basket or Saiyuki sometime (and they don't come on on Saturdays)! Oh, and if you're such a wonderful writer, THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU CAPITALIZE ANYTHING IN YOUR REVIEW! Go rent a copy of Endless Waltz and educate yourself on the fundamentals of anime writers...
Oh yeah, and maybe those less educated (like yourself) shouldn't read stories too long for your brain's ability...

After such a long wait you updated this story. I do like this story, but I really loved it because of the animals and the sense of adventure. I'm still asking what happened to the animals and the journey she was taking. I love the poem at the end. Sounds very old; great job. It gives the sense of tradition through the generations.

This was cool. Now the library has come back, but what happened to the amimals? Can't wait for the next chapter.

These cliffhangers are killing me! I love it. I just knew she had accidentally brought the mouse with her. I was waiting for him to resurface again. Write more soon.

What! No, I can't believe you left it off here! I look forward to the next chapter.
| RainShadow2005 3/1/03 . chapter 3
Now I'm completely interested. At first I thought the issue of them talking wasn't deal with as well as it should have been, but by the end of the chapter, it felt natuaral.
| RainShadow2005 3/1/03 . chapter 2
This chapter was kind of confusing so I guess I should read on to understand more.
| RainShadow2005 3/1/03 . chapter 1
Cool start. I did spot some common spelling errors. I'm on to the next chapter.
