That was excellent. The tone that the story is told in shows so much emotion. And the ending... It was all very moving. Definitely a new favorite.

that's so sad. my own grandma has Alzhiemer's, which isn't the same thing, but i think i can sympasize with what you're writing about. it's really awful to lose someone you care about and feel them slipping away, and i think that's about all i can say on the subject. it was very touching.
