hey, Xyler, the only people in the world that bug me are "punks". (and whores and rapists, but they don't really come here.) *this is one of those rare times where I'm going to respond to a flame; mostly because I don't get flames, but also because your accusation is entirely false, and I feel like setting you straight.* how is writing about someone in my life making me wish i was "punk"? i hate the trend punk. everyone is just trying to be someone they're not. and a lot of them are being complete morons and not doing what is good for them or what'll help them when they need it. KARMA, KID, KARMA!
and by the way, they've classified punk and rock as separate musical styles.
and also, this song isn't about my "toughie self". it's about me standing up to someone who has dominated over me my entire life.

the people who reviewed this do not know what rock is...this is a song that says, "i don't follow rules coz i'm independent." and that is so 'used rock' that it isn't anymore...it's too try-hard and "i'll just write about me being my own toughie self." and that is not good and you think it's punk! sure! wtver!

Omg! I love this! You're right. It can be a rock song very easily. If you want it to be, you can probably find someone with some music that might be trying to put words to it. Maybe then you can finally get it to music and make a song, if you want it to be.
