Joe the sorta Wise 6/10/04 . chapter 1You know, I'm sure this is what would happen under the circumstances. That guy is a microcosm of all humanity. A great read, especially the rabbit-guards. |
FireFoxCP 12/18/03 . chapter 1I enjoy the style this one was written in. Specifically, the way it starts out ordinary, then u-turns suddenly into pure-on "WTF?" territory with the appearance of the two-headed bird. If I had anything to say about this story, is that I think it's good enough there could be more to it. Why were all these aliens gathered together? I mean, more than what is explained by Ro'lex in the story. It follows a nice path from beginning to end, but again, I liked it enough to want a bit of fleshing out in the middle. It seemed a little quick-paced, how Jen and Ken reconciled at the end, but that didn't detract all that much. Maybe work that in to happen more gradually if you were to flesh it out somehow? I hope I'm not sounding flippant or snooty here at all. Just offering my $0.02 on things. Looking forward to my next read! |
InMemoryofPhil 7/18/03 . chapter 1wow, this was really long. may i suggest separating it into smaller chapters? it'll be easier to get through. some of it kinda threw me off, but it's fun to be confused sometimes :) hehe |
Quilir 4/30/03 . chapter 1Heheheh, very rn good! Violent at the end too. But i like it! Keep writing! |
Kat-Renee Kittel 4/10/03 . chapter 1First of all, thanks for the review of Prodigal Warrior. I hope you got my email. I think it would be helpful and even funnier if there were at least one scene about the aliens bumbling about choosing who to pick up as representatives. In fact, it might be even be more humorous if inviting these two kids to this alien party actually stops an invasion. Maybe these two kids seem "too crazy and dangerous. What if all humans are like that? Oh no! Let's get out of here." |
