That tenra sounds really cool, and the armor sounds neat, being translucent and protective as it is by the look of it. Coolies how one activates the other. Tres sugoi.

I like this better than the first one, mostly because you've got a lot of mystery in this one, and some awesome characters that are wonderfully intriguing. I saw a few mechanical errors, but if you just go through and read this again you'll see what I mean. I like this though, and you have a talent for Sci-fi. I hope you can continue with the Arc trilogy.

Yet another vaguely fantasy-esque sci-fi. This is really good! Go buy your muse some chocolate; she deserves it. Erm, my only un-complimentary thing to say is that the "forged with the fire of Life on Dernia" makes me think of "forged in the fires of Mount _ in Mordor." Then again, my parents saw Two Towers over the weekend, so that might not be random association. Other than that, I really enjoyed this!

Goodgoodgood! I like the use of the sword, and the girl- Sarel, was it- is really brave, but mayhaps a little foolish. Other than that, she's just poor and crazy. Like me! ^_^ OK, that was off the subject, sorry. Anyway, I really like this story, can't wait to read the other short story and the novel!
