valpincon 2003-05-03 . chapter 1exquisite, there is no other word for it. this is flawless in form and so ingenious...the brilliant and intersting rhymes, the imagery, the perfect rhythm of the metre...sigh. oh to go back to an age where beauty was a given! wonderous stuff, not a single criticism. |
 aintawoman 2003-03-18 . chapter 1simply amazing... |
nautilus 2003-03-03 . chapter 1i love this poem. it's. oh, what's the word. wistful perhaps? but it goes beyond wistful. it conveys a gentle kind of melancholy without lapsing into overdone angst. that alone deserves applause, but to incorporate a rythm and rhyme scheme (something i've never been able to master) is.. augh. colour me jealous.
i hate writing this kind of babbling review because it does nothing constructive for the author but bloody hell. i've nothing critical to say.
um. i wish i had lived in arthurian times.

Rose of Dresden 2003-02-28 . chapter 1Ah, love the Arthurian references, and your rhyme scheme is wonderful. This is such a tender and wistful poem, thank you for writing it! |
 E. Gao 2003-02-24 . chapter 1This paints such a lovely picture,
and it was completely engaging, like
getting lost in an ancient tapestry
at downtown museums. Yes, this was
a singular experience like that.
