| VI DO ALTEANS 2008-07-06 ch 22,  | abuseI love romance stories. Most are written in the overt sweet way. Those types I detest. This story, however, I very much enjoy. 8D Les Jeux was sweet amidst a dark overtone. Nico, a handsome middle-aged fellow with a kink for teenaged girls, had me compelled. I was rooting for him even before he had a gradual change of heart. I'll admit I liked him being a sly, calculative bastard; but the story wouldn't have made much of an impact had he not have fallen for Jenny. I must say I loved Georgette's character. I sympathized with her; although her actions led to her having a sucktacular life, the exploration of her homelife, as well as herself (brief as it was) made me like her character. It's a pity she contracted genital herpes and committed suicide. The ending was abrupt, but I liked it. You can't string out out for too long after Nico had been incarcerated... Man, he's one of the few great protagonists I've read in awhile. Good job, this story is definitely original, and with some fine-tuning here and there, I think it could be well enough to publish. I also liked the way you wrote it. The sexual stuff was fine. Actually I've read more graphical stuff then this so I believe it's ok. |
