Continue, but why do you keep using january 9th? It's sad to think about people dieing on your birthday. In case some one didn't catch on, my birthday is January 9th

WOT! I totally agree. I think it's very (I'm searching for a right word) to get someones perspective on war who is actually going to fight. I totally agree! Very powerful story. I like the way it was written
Schoolgirl 2004-04-17 . chapter 1
Powerful, though coward's probably not the best way to describe the terrorist, because they are brave enough to die, but still I'm of course against it as I'm in America.
Good job though.

oh my god. personally i think its a little early to be making up stories and films about september 11th. But thats my view. i cant exactly say great fic either really can i. Because it wasnt, and in my view no-one can appreciate the atroscity that went on. However i thought you're defintions were good and described the things that went on. I dont think they will ever get Sadame Husain, the world is a huge place and no doubt he will find somewhere to hide. All we have to do is hope they find the people who caused these things and stop them before they do something else.

I'm with you, war is a horrible, but sometimes necessary thing. You did a wonderful job on this.

YES! I love this! I think Nicole's a little pessimistic, though, but I don't blame her. I just think she needs to support the troops if she doesn't support the war. Lol, I'm acting as though she's real. I love YOUR definitions!

really, really good.
My science teacher used to be a drill sargent. The fred character sounds a little like him.
This is great. Good job!

It's a good story in itself, though I am (as usual) going to take you up on two points:

One, the murderers of 9/11 were not controlled by Saddam Hussein, which is the impression given here - in fact, al-Qaeda would quite like to see Saddam dead as he is not a fundamentalist Muslim (except when he chooses to be for political reasons). The terrorists were almost all Saudis.

And two, I have to agree with Bill Maher. The 9/11 terrorists were evil mass murderers... but "cowards" is the wrong word. There are certainly cowardly terrorists around, the sort who plant bombs in shopping centres and let them off from miles away, but I really don't think suicide bombers, horrible as they are, qualify for the description.

I actually didn't see this as pro- or anti-war, but remarkably even-handed and very mature.

I always find anything to do with 9/11 very disturbing, maybe especially since I live and work in New York City and was in the WTC many times, and nothing can describe what it was like here in the following weeks.

This was different, it's exceptionally well done and very perceptive.
