I hate to throw in a damper, but it makes me shudder to think of Ashley finding life worthwhile only because he is Chris's boyfriend. I think I can understand it, but it's upsetting to know that some people really are that dependant.

I just read your story and loved it. It's well written and has a good plot. When you said you might consider doing something else with it, did you mean that you might add more chapters? Or do you mean more one-shots? I'd like either one. You're good at it. I'm going to look at some of your other stories anyway. Something I really liked about this story is that it has depressing themes, but it's not really depressing. (Also, you mispelled the word 'felt' in the fourth paragraph from the end.) I mainly left my e-mail because I like to type it (weird, I know), so I don't want you to feel like you need to reply. I thought about getting a profile here, and I might someday. I mainly stick to fanfiction.net, but I rather like what I've seen here so far.

Okay, first of all: Aww!! Romance between boys is the best. ^_^

And I absolutely loved this line. '"Can I be your boyfriend?" he asked sheepishly and I nodded vigorously into his hair.

"I'll be your girlfriend."' It made me burst into laughter. It was pretty much the perfect thing to put in and balance the angst - which I also loved.

All in all a fantastic one shot. Though I must admit I wish there was more. Simply because you seem like a very good author. ^.^

I could have sworn I reviewed this the first time I read it. Took me so long to find it again *curses her bad memory* Anyways! I love it. It's the perfect balance between angst and fluff for a one-shot, the characters are swell and the ending. Yay. So nice and happy. I really enjoyed reading it.
