The only thing I don't like about, and this is something really small, but it's the lines that end: "...fields of death" and "... Christmas wreath". I like the meanings that those lines express, but it kind of throws off the 'rythym' of the poem, at least when spoken aloud. Sorry for that little bit of criticism, other than that, and even including that, I consider it to be an excellent poem, and I would definitely consider it to be a great work and an excellent representation for how the youth of the world feels about war. Ok, I'll shut up now. |
