This fixed font you use makes your writing seem somehow stark and spare, and it suits your style, I think. And the cross between wistful reflection and unbearable anguish that comes over here is very powerful.

It really makes you think about who you should trust and who you shouldn't trust. It makes you consider the depth of people's promises and how sincere your most trusted friends really are. Any writer of such a thought provoking piece of text should not be merely posting their work on fictionpress.net, you should be famous!

You know, i think that was really wonderfully and beautifully written..
It is short, straightfoward and expresses thoughts and feelings really well. .
I doubt I'll want to live forever, what with the kind of end the world seems to be comin too..

Sometimes we take things like Immortality for granted. Even the vampires in Anne Rice's chronicles have, at one point or another, wished they could die. This poem really makes me think about the way temptation can make us blind to the truth.

oh thats brilliant. i loved it. great use of words, and its a good point of view thingy. good job. but if i were u i'd prepare for some flames because from looking at the reviews of other poems like your, i find they get alot of "shame on you for doubting in your faith" kinda stuff. oh and i especially liked the last line. it was so powerful and nicely brought out

This is such a good poem...reflective and works really well. Living forever is a scary thought...It's always been one of my biggest problems with my faith.
