I just wanted to say that I think you should change the summary for this story PLEASE because i was looking through my fav stories and i looked at this and i was like, Mixed Signals...familiar. But I didn't know what it was when I read the summary. I clicked on it and when I read the first sentence about the pancakes I remember this story because every time someone shouts about a lot of pancakes I remember this story :D Did I mention I love this story?
Haruku 2008-05-16 ch 36, anon.	abuseThis was a really scary version of a cliche. You somehow included the homeless into this totally insane cliche and made it work. Argh. But I feel really annoyed over the ending. I mean, thirty-five chaps(and an epilogue) later, I'm STILL waiting for Gabby to finally officially get with Matt and...they die. It's like 'WTF?!' This ending was even worse than the 'He Punks Me Not' ending(at least that one had like a possibility). I'm just going to pretend they go to heaven, admit their love, get married, and have three kids(a boy named Crick and two girls named Jamie and SuLin). Oh, and Alice and Clark gets together and have an early marriage, resulting in triplets named Ed, Edward, and Eddie. Alice gets fat as a result and becomes ugly. Clark gets a potbelly and dies of cardiac arrest. Horus marries Roxie straight out of high school and divorces her two years later, after which Horus has grown pre-maturely bald and Roxie a Botox addicted housewife. ^^ I think too much. Anyway, the story was good. Nice drama, nice dialogue, nice pacing, smooth dialogue. Then it crashed and burned with the sudden ending. Still, it was good(that's what I'm trying to say).

So i will really...terrible...completely...love an alternative ending.
