Chi Ame 2004-06-15 . chapter 1I like it! The narrator reminded me of a guy, in between ages 17-27, possibly. The other person reminded me of a cannibal or child molestor or something. Here was my mental picture of him: really long hair, not well kept, eyes with dark secrets inside, and for some reason a gold tooth. I don't know, that's just the strange ways in which my mind works. lol. But you should make more like this one, that was fun! |
Cheeseburger of Doom 2003-08-15 . chapter 1This sounds like a battle between a crazy old lady and someone who doesn't really want to listen, maybe a very old aunt with her young niece; the aunt lost in the past. But that's just me. It was kind of spooky, and I liked it. |
Bakedo no Hikage 2003-07-24 . chapter 1Lol, I thought this was funny because I had no clue what the hell was goin on, lol...
Nice story, but I'm sorry. I forgot the friend's name again that you wanted me to review! Just tell me one more time and I'll review him, I promise!
Later, and could you please R&R my story, 2986 Escape Chapter 3: Seek death? |
Mad Hatter's Hat 2003-06-18 . chapter 1Thought I should review one of your fictionpress pieces for all you've done for me ^_-
Well... I do like the style of this. It is simplistic, and leaving bits out works well for the reader's imagination. It also represents and focusses on the thoughts better. It's also nice and freaky!
Um... I believed the narrator was female for some reason, and the person made me think of either an uncle, or likes of, or a 'wrong type' of friend who you don't mind in company, but don't want to be with alone. However, these are from personal experiences. |
Liebe Sasa 2003-03-30 . chapter 1I really liked this. I really wish I knew the songs and whatnot that were mentioned, but I think I got the jist of it all anyways.
Hmm I love the style of writing you used as well. Overall, a great story, short as it was. Though even a short piece can speak volumes if you allow it to.
As far as the narrator persona goes, I got the impression that the one who refused to laugh was a high school kid (or at least in that age group). I also thought the one speaking to him might have been an over-eager friend, or something along those lines. Though I must admit, its all relative, which fits.
Perhaps you may get a chance to look over some of my works? I'd like that. Good job.
