The story is looking pretty good! I like the way that the antagonists look. The idea of the twins were great and I'm itching to see what these guys can pull off. My only possible complaint is that I want to see more! :D

Well, I have a commentary about you description of your story. In old Japan, samurais were the big lords. But they got corrupted because of the poweres they had, and mistreated the people from the villages. That's why the ninjas were formed: they were peasants trained in martial arts who defended the villages from the abuses of the samurais. In summary, in old Japan, the samurais WERE the bad guys.
