RuathaWehrling 2003-06-12 . chapter 1Honestly, this is some of the best poetry I've seen in a long time. At some point, I'll have to read one of your stories to see if they're equally good, but I'm not in the mood for a long piece now! In any case, I just wanted to tell you that the endings of both this poem and the other one I reviewed were both incredible! A brilliant conclusion is a rare gift, and one you clearly possess. My thanks, both for the poetry and for your review. :) I'll come back and read the rest when I get back from my vacation! |
Shadafakup 2003-04-26 . chapter 1Cool I really liked this.. It was kinda freaky but the last stanza was really well done.. I enjoyed it.. Thank u.. |
 Werecat99 2003-04-17 . chapter 1Oh, boy, don't I know this feeling...
The Mother's reply was stunning. I could almost hear Her...
And the last lines were captivating. Somehow these sum up my own life too.
For this alone, it's added to my favorites. |
Guardian of Tears 2003-04-16 . chapter 1Hum, this is wierd, like most religions. ^_^ |
Ronin Rabbit 2003-04-14 . chapter 1Very good poem, I really liked this one. The pacing and rhyming really work out well, you can feel the mood of the poem and sympathize with the shifter.
The first stanza illustrates visually and verbally the strain and desperate fear the shifter is experiencing.
I also like the plea to the deity, such a sad cry for help.
But the last stanza, that was definitely the best. That last line is wonderful :) |
Hele 2003-04-11 . chapter 1 This is a really good poem, and I know what you mean. I like the last two lines. |
 Werewolf in the Roses 2003-04-08 . chapter 1O... I love it all. :D |
Alyx Bradford 2003-04-08 . chapter 1::hug:: Wow, that was amazing. "Get up and fight," indeed... sometimes there's nothing else to do.
This was fantastic. Extremely well done. |
Miamouse 2003-04-07 . chapter 1I loved this poem. Really good rhyming and a great subject. The ending is amazing. I'm going to say it- wow.
Mia :) |
The Deville's Dog 2003-04-07 . chapter 1I like this an awful lot!
It sums being a were (or a fur...whatever people want to call it) up completely. I was nearly in tears! |
Loganberry 2003-04-06 . chapter 1"The sand is warm beneath the midnight's frost" - *what* a line that is. I'm sure I ought to be attending more to the actual message of the poem as a whole (though I thought *everyone* knew it was a *rabbit* in the Moon! =;) ), but I can't get over that one line. It's quite simply astounding. |
