I thought you did a very good job setting up the gods and goddesses. A very old, mythological feel. Very nice.

The writing in the excerpts reminds me strongly of The Silmarillion by Tolkein (though the language here is by far easier to read). You're not about to create a world like Middle Earth now, are you? ;) Actually, there are notable differences. Your "gods" are much kinder, for one. You have a very intriguing set-up and write very well. I'm interested, without a doubt!
