My grandfather, who I was extremely close to, passed away very recently. I have read this poem and your essay about life after death and I really appreciate both of them. They made me sad, but sadness is just love. Thank you again.

I really liked this poem. It's one that seems like a tale that a tribe or group would pass down over the generations. Almost a lullaby, if that makes any sense.
