Loved it :) I did indeed cry a teeny bit, which is the markings of a good story- only the best inspire fierce emotion. I absolutely and unequivocally love that she wasn't with Lupus! While I appreciate the whole "second chance" thing, its nice that she didn't go all Stockholm on him, also loved when she finally let him have it about rape and all that :). Can't wait to read more of your work :)

I just finished the story... obviously :P nd thought the ending especially was awesome but the whole story in general was just a spectacular :D. I was worred she was gonna get hurt...more :P for a second :( sad about Lupus though :( I bet he was sad when she disappeared, though it's his own fault really. No matter how he felt about his supposed "duty to his family" he really should have helped her. I know they weren't raised to think of the slaves as anything but property nd tht he may not have realised he loved her but really, only a FOOL wouldn't realise howhe felt about her. He was CRYING about her leaving for heavens sake! Lol. Proud of Dischordia too though, I'm glad she sent her back nd little Gaius, the dude is so sweet lol
