I like your poem and yep, I know how ya feel..I used to be a lot like this, but I've gradually come out of my shell and I'm happy about that. This is probably gonna sound a little cliche, but you're not gonna get anywhere if you're too afraid to put yourself out there..Pretend you're not afraid and try opening up and talking to someone sometime. I did that and that person is now my best friend, so chances are you'll be glad you did.

You are where you put yourself. Popular or unpopular, it is your choice what crowd you want to be in, and how you wish to fit in. Even though you may feel like you have no choice. There are always choices. There is always someone who thinks you're beautiful, someone who will notice you, and someone who finds shyness attractive. Love yourself, and others will love you back. Sounds corny, but it's true.

i was just like you-and a peace of me maybe still is...
last year-i was exactly the same as you-and it was mostly one persons fault...
but things had changed-i found a real good friend.and with her help,i fitted in better.i'm no outcast anymore-i'm fitting in.but it was hard work till i got this far.crawling out of the hole i was in took nearly all my energy-but i see it was worth it!
you can make it too!i'm sure of that!
