Hello. As a veteran slasher I'd just like to give you a hearty 'well done'. The use of hearing alone was uncommon, but you managed to do it well, and keep the interest in this short piece (though it WOULD be limiting in a longer work). You managed to create a wonderful atmosphere, leading the reader through the encounter. I hope you continue in your efforts.
