Wow. I just thought that this was amazing. But I wish I knew what happened to them next!

I decided to read this story after I started reading the sequel (which I didn't know at first) and I'm pretty glad I did!

I'm not really sure if I should mention it since this story is pretty old but what the hell, why not?

There are some mistakes that are really obvious if you read the story in one sitting, for example:

* Claudia is 7 months pregnant, then a couple of chaps later 6 months preg

* The length of time Josh and Kay lived together; at one point Kay mentioned that they hadn't had sex 4 or 5 months (can't remember exactly) after Josh got gay-bashed but in the same chap (I think) it was mentioned they had been living together for 4 months and they had already lived together for awhile before that incident

* Johnny's age, early in the story he seemed to be around six and then later he was 14...
--> oh, sorry I just went and checked, saw that his appetite was *compared* to a six-year olds and that's what confused me! :)

* there were some other time issues that I can't remember right now but there were also times that the characters acted *out* of character and I just got the feeling that it was only to make the story go forward, not because that's what they *would* do... I hope that one made sense to you...

Anyway, really liked this story and I have the feeling I'll like the sequel even better!

Oh man, I forgot how much I loved your stuff. SO I'm now going to reread what's posted of the trilogy. Gosh, I love your writing!

I'm not really sure if I have reviewed this before, but even if I have, I must do it again. I can assure you, this is not the first time I have read More Than You Think, as well as your other stories.

I think it took me a couple of readings of this story to really appreciate how well written it is. Of course, the first and probably second time I read it, I thought it was good, but this reading really showed me how WELL it is WRITTEN.

Your story is very believable. Mind you, it may seem like a stretch to think that a father would sue his son/ son's boyfriend, but that is not really what I am referring to. What I mean is, when reading, the words, the paragraphs, even the places you end and restart chapters is believable. It doesn't seem like a STORY, it feels like the reader is looking in on the life of Kay and Josh.

Your characters are remarkable. They are actually people in my mind. Kay and Josh and even the secondary characters are all so well written that you don't feel like you're reading a story about a couple of people. You feel like you're learning about a couple of people, like you've met them, you know them. Its an excellent talent you have with not only the characters in this story, but new characters in following stories, and even the newer one... about Nicky. I know personally that it can be quite difficult to express a person on paper (or in this case, on a computer) without rhyming off each of their characteristics in a paragraph.

I think, if I remember correctly there are a couple of small flaws, but very easy to fix. I believe there are a couple of contradicting descriptions of Josh through the story, and maybe a time line thing, but other than that, I found no major problems.

All in all, this is a very good start to an equally good series. It was both heart warming and heart breaking in different places. You did a great job, and I'm looking forward to re-reading the rest of the series again.

ohmygod, it must be so awful to have a father that attempted to SEXUALLY ABUSE you. Just imagine if... he actually... did it. Josh would've been mentally scarred for the rest of his life!!

I'm worried about the whole court business and airplane in the beginning, it's eating at me and I wanna know what happened so badly!!

awesome story! really, i couldn't stop reading it! my only word of advice is to mark this story as 'Complete' since it really is. Other than that, great job! Now onto part 2!

That was so sad. I was crying for about half an hour at the end of this. This was an amazing story - incredibly well-written with super believable characters.

Wonderful story!! I read it before you changed it and i must say it's definetly better, really... The last one was confusing and kind of weird but when I read your other stories i noticed that your style had really changed and improved lots. I really loved this version :) I'm going to read the second part.
