There are many poets out there, some good and others bad, but you are absolutely amazing! I know, not so useful, but I am *truly* being sincere when I say you are a great poet.

Something in common among the works I find to be truly something worth reading are those which inspire me to my own work. Thank you for tonight's inspiration.

I am a fan. Seriously, you are amazing. I have considered dropping 10+ scattered reviews consisting of only "What an awesome idea." If I had the words, I would review more of your poems, because so many of them have stopped me dead in my tracks and presented a new idea or viewpoint. You are like my go-to philosopher. It's like, "Feeling cliche? Go look at LB's work; he'll give you something to chew on."
No joke, man. You rock. Anyway, I picked this particular poem to review because I first read it *two* months ago, and it's still with me. The way it comes full circle, the alluded-to impending death suddenly at center stage, only to be immediately sideswiped by egocentrism, bringing your point home in amazing fashion. Yes, that was an incomplete sentence, but that's okay, because I am way enthused.
This is my longest review ever, and, man, you deserve it.

Brilliant work, yet again. The ending was neat, and it's amazing how you manage to bring to life the things we never truly think about, but do exist. A great piece of writing.

The self-absorbed perspective and the use of language result in a strangely engaging poem. By turns somewhat chilling and mildly profound (which makes for an interesting combination). Wonderful.

I enjoyed the gentle sarcasm in your line immediately after your first stanza: "That was nice." It set the mood for the rest of your poem very well.

Your vignette is a great portrayal of distraction and not keeping one's mind in the immediate present.
