| Whisper to the Water 2003-05-31 ch 1, | I know what this poem is supposed to be about, but I find a lot of relevance to my life in this poem: "My wings are dusting, My feet are stone, My mind is lusting, And my heart’s alone…" Story of my life. I have felt so utterly isolated from other people at times just because our realities are so divergent...mine is complex, whereas theirs is overly simplistic. Sigh...I'm just glad I have people that understand me most of the time. "West Side Story" has to be one of the best, if not THE best, musical ever made. |
