Try relating everything to writing.. Act your life out from the 3rd person role.. (This sounds completely psycho.. but sometimes when I'm walking home I'll describe things to myself in my head.)

Lol, I know exactly how you feel. If you can't write, did you know that caffeine is my cure for writer's block? That and lots of sugar usually work well enough for me.
