This had so much potential... It could have been a lot better if it were written in paragraph-mode as opposed to the screenplay / script type narrative. The pacing was also a little too slow and didn't have much to do with the actual lamemess of the 'Gotta Battle 'Em All' slant of such shows; like all that pointless stuff about Star Trek.

But the commercial was hilarious. "They're no ordinary rocks; they've got stick-on googly eyes!"

This was a great parody! I love your wicked sense of humour. Have to agree with you on the typical brainless plot of those merchandising anime. :p

Hahahaha so true, but I do like Pokémon... This is still funny, I love how they just glued googly eyes onto crappy rocks and the commercial said that the parents wouldn't love you unless they bought it. I tell my parents that sometimes, hehe
