Head to head combat? You would know perfectly well that there is plenty of head to head contact in a soccer game if you are a true player! Ive had, and so have my enimies, quite a few concussions.

The danger of the sport comes more from the attacks used rather that the actually game itself.

Less tackling in Football means less injuries, the same with Soccer.

Good point anyway, I got hit loads of times by a Soccer ball when I used to play it, and it hurt like hell!

The toughest game I ever played at school, actually, was (field) hockey. Mainly 'cause we had no shinpads. Ow.

The amount of violence in a game doesn't determine how good it is. Take chess for instance. It's a great game, yet there's little violence.

Um...ok. I like football. I am confused, because in Soccer there is less head to head physical contact(unless the soccer players are either complete idiots or under the influence). I don't even know why I am arguing. This whole topic seems rather silly. I like soccer too! I am, however, very bad at soccer. I like football better.
