I'm reading this story and i just can't help but want to yell at the screen every time Rylee has the opportunity to say something and doesn't. Or when Kenji has the ability to press her a little bit harder to find it out. Or her girl friends, I respect the guys, but I can't help hating them. I had to help one for my friends deal with a similar situation when she was in her first year of high school, and it wasn't about finding the guy (she didn't know him) it was about her getting better, and it didn't help if nobody trusted her.

It worked great I knew she was going to get kicked out of school.

That was an awesome story!

I very much enjoyed reading this piece, your writing style made it easy to want to read more.

I liked how you didn't go over the top with the character descriptions. Because of that I found that as the reader I was able to deduce my own version of what the characters must look like based on the way they acted. I'm not saying that you were vague with descriptions, but that you always hinted at the physical features of a character (like Andy being shorter than Jonas) without pinning it right down. Because of that I was able to enjoy the story a lot more and it made it easier to relate with the characters. This is a skill I myself have not yet been able to apply to my own works. (yes I'm a bit jealous)

I'm also glad you finished the story and didn't stop because it's always a shame to see a great piece of work unfinished.

Oh wow. This is an incredibly tense, deep, but amazing story. Like Paper Walls, for which I still have my hopes set out that you'll someday update it!

Anyways. This review is about Fallen Angle, not Paper Walls, though I'm not even really sure where to start with that, to be honest. Jonas is amazing. And really all of Rylee's friends from her new town are (minus Charmillea... however you spell her name. I still can't believe that she actually went after Jonas like that. What a friend, huh? As if Rylee didn't have enough ** happen to her already) I think that you did everything in this story really nicely. A good ending, covered bases you know, like there weren't many holes in the story and things just really seemed completed. It's nice. And definitely reassuring to know that Rylee got some happiness in the end, after all the ** she went through. I'm really sad that Kurt died :( That was so sad, and so surprising that he came out so early.

It's actually weird, thinking of Rylee as Andy. I love the name Rylee, actually, I'm not sure why Gavin didn't like it :( I think it's a nice name! Anyways, I don't really know what else to say. This is a very good story. Your writing and the depth and meaning that you put into it is excellent. It's good to see Denny paying the consequences of his actions. It was sickening to see Rylee's old friends trying to reconcile with her, though it was a little sad too to see how completely Rylee had lost contact with Lee, even though they only lived about 15 minutes away from one another.

Anyways, thanks for being such a great writer with such original ideas and talent to express them :) I love Rylee & Jonas a LOT, so I really like this fic too. Please keep writing (maybe if you ever write that sequel? But the only reason I would be hesitant about that is that a sequel just equals more drama for Jonas & Rylee, and in some ways I feel like Rylee has just had enough of that... does that mean they break up?? Cuz I really don't want that to happen). I hope you get around to updating Paper Walls soon as well, especially considering the point that you left us at :p Hope to read more by you soon!

I love this. It's a bit dramactic (what I read so far) but it's really good and believable. Can't wait to continue but for now I gotta go wallow in my depression.

Good read, insightful gaze into a real teenage girl's life with terrible circumstances and the somewhat positive after effects. I liked the fact that she wasn't brilliant but normal and funny and weird. Jonas was great, very different that most boys, he matured accordingly. The last chapter was a long time coming but worth it, it was funny and very sweet.

A very fitting end to this story.

It's over. Aw. Doesn't it feel great finishing a story? lol. I'm SO glad there's going to be a sequel, too. I'll admit to kind of forgetting what was going on and who Gavin and Nat were. The flow wasn't there, but I thought Rylee was very strong when she visited Denny in prison, and the end...was so sweet and so long in coming. Finally! I am very anxious to see what happens to Rylee and Jonas. I hope the sequel focuses more on their relationship. It won't be as dark a story, will it? I would hate for more tragedy to strike poor Rylee. I guess I'll see and I'll definitely read it when it starts!
