Very sad, but i can relate to some extent. You portray emotion very powerfully.

~I guess a title can say alot in one word when you think about it, it fits. the poem was beautiful, in that strange, awkward, loneliness type of way. i enjoyed it.~

That was amazing. I felt the emotions in this. . .Because I've gone through a similar situation before.

"From the downward spiral
She calls her life"

Those two lines stood out to me the most. It was a powerful way of ending the poem.
