Although I wasn't supposed to and I woke my brother up while doing it too since we were in the same room. Living room...please tell me you did not have bad thoughts. Anyway...great plot, great story flow and great everything! Keep it up. READ MY STUFF PLEASE! They're all a bunch of romantic doodads but...really, please review. I'm shameless, what can I say? | Trilock 2005-08-09 ch 1, | abuseWell done. The dialogue is obviously spot on--just like we would expect from Mr. Tarantino. My only suggestion would be to include some more details and imagery here and there. Nothing on the scale of Lord of the Rings, but some added subtle details wouldn't hurt. Asassins and humour is a great shift from the usual moody noir that pervades stories that deal with hit-men and the like. Two thumbs up! |

| IHJ 2003-09-12 ch 1, | abuse*trying to breathe* Funny chapter. I like it. I saw Pulp Fiction. It's one of my boyfriend's favorite movies and he forced me to watch it. I'm not really a fan of the movie, but I'm glad I saw it so I could picture the tone of the two men's conversation with each other (which is damn funny) and their confrontation with Kirby. |

The many weird stories that are interspersed all thru this short story are the best part. I also loved the debate with the two thugs sent to collect Nick and Jay. The only problem I had with this story was the naration. Parts of it seemed to be in present tense and parts seemed to be in past tense. this made it vary hard to read in parts. Over all a great story. I look forward to a sequel if your going to write one. |
