I followed your link to the website and read the lyrics to Grendel before reading this.

It is a good continuation, and as a previous reviewer said, the line
'signing obituaries with a dash' is very good writing indeed.

I am looking forward to Part 2 etc.
What will happen when Grendel meets Beowulf? And the story doesn't stop there...

Wonderful imagery.. Rather violent but this was good.. I loved how you managed to rhyme the way through again.. I used to write rhyming poems but kinda stopped..

I liked the line "Signing obituaries with a dash".. Its a unique way of writing rather than saying 'he killed them'.. Was a good choice of words.. Fantastic piece, good expression, description and pictures.. Ending again seals the poem perfectly.. Good work..

No words I can say can really justify this.. The quality is good, even if you think its not enough.. Always look back at your work and edit it.. In that way you can improve and achieve the standard you are looking for..
